 Fast and Pray

Join PC USA churches, members and friends in observing a monthly fast on a weekends ending with communion in response to the growing global hunger program during the coming year. At the Presbyterian Hunger Program website you'll find all sorts of resources about the hunger crisis, how to fast, and associated prayer and worship ideas. Fasting is a spiritual discipline and often produced insight and deep understanding and direction. Our mission team is considering how to participate in this effort.
